ORDER PROCESSING TIME: After successful payment confirmation, we will complete product quality inspection, fine packaging and delivery within 1–3 WORKING DAYS. Holiday orders will be processed uniformly on the next working day.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CYCLE: The logistics time varies according to the destination region and customs clearance efficiency. Conventional delivery period: North America & Europe: 7–15 working days; Southeast Asia & Australia: 5–12 working days; Other regions: 10–20 working days. Slight delays during peak seasons and customs inspection are normal logistics situations.
SHIPPING FEE RULES: International shipping fees are calculated based on product weight, volume and destination, and the exact fee will be displayed on the settlement page. We will launch regular free shipping and preferential freight activities for customer benefits.
