RETURN POLICY
To protect the legitimate shopping rights and interests of global customers, mirovafashion.shop implements a standardized, fair and transparent after-sales return and refund policy, which complies with international cross-border e-commerce service specifications.
RETURN TIME & CONDITIONS: Customers can apply for return or exchange within 30 CALENDAR DAYS after receiving the parcel. All returned products (dresses, casual pants, handbags) must be brand new, unused, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged, with original tags, labels and complete packaging. Products that have been worn, cleaned, artificially damaged or lost original accessories will not be accepted for return.
QUALITY ISSUE RETURNS: For products with inherent quality problems such as workmanship defects, fabric damage, wrong goods and missing parts confirmed by inspection, we support free return, exchange or full refund, and we will bear the corresponding return shipping fees.
PERSONAL REASON RETURNS: Returns due to personal preference (color difference, inappropriate size, style dissatisfaction, etc.) are supported only if the products meet the return standards. Customers need to bear the return shipping cost and inspection handling fee, and the refund will be processed after we verify the intact returned goods.
NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS: We refuse returns beyond the 30-day return period, artificially damaged products, modified products and customized personalized products without quality problems.
REFUND PROCESS: After receiving and inspecting the returned goods and confirming compliance with return standards, we will initiate the refund within 3–7 working days. The fund will be returned to the original payment channel, and the arrival time is subject to the rules of the payment platform and bank.
RETURN PROCESS: Please contact official customer service via email in advance to obtain return authorization and official return address. Unauthorized blind return will delay the refund progress, and the platform will not bear the corresponding risks.
